Cyrus has a large store with a very large collection. That collection includes modern and antique rugs, from Iran and several other localities. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I dealt mostly with Allison, the store manager. She was always available and helpful, through several visits. Once she had an idea of the styles I liked, she found many more possibilities through suppliers. She sent me images and we discussed those. When I had 6-8 final contenders, I made an appointment to return to the store. All my candidates were laid out where I could evaluate them.
